2021 crop annual production of horseradish reduced so much, as it rained continuously in October last year in China. So that many factories did not purchase enough raw materials to store. Dehydrated horseradish products are hard to obtain due to the shortage of horseradish raw materials this year.
We received many inquiries from customers all over the world about dehydrated horseradish products. We also know that this is a good opportunity to cooperate with new customers. So, we treat each inquiry carefully to ensure whether we can provide good product and service to them. This is an opportunity as well as a challenge for us.
A Thailand customer told us that they urgently need Japanese high standard horseradish flake to produce their product – wasabi Sauce. After repeated communication and confirmation, we immediately send sample to the customer according to the customer’s requirements. After one week, the customer received the sample. When the sample confirmed by them, they established cooperation relationship and signed the contract with us immediately. In the first half of the year, we delivered goods to customers on time despite the severe epidemic situation in China and the strict control of the government.
We got a good praise after the first container goods are received, then they made a second container soon. Then we ship the good quality horseradish flake for 2nd container in time by our good source. Since then, we have established a good communication and cooperation relationship with the customer. Every inquiry from the customer is an chance to understand customer needs and to provide the most satisfactory products and services to customers. We also carefully communicate every detail and requirement and confirm information with customers many times repeatedly.
